Tradition, My Way

For almost 10 years, Steve owned and ran a brick-and-mortar restaurant built around wood-fired pizza and fast-casual Italian food. He loved the restaurant, the food, and especially the people. But when he eventually sold, he realized he wasn't ready to stop doing what he's always loved: cooking, feeding people, and taking care of his community. So he started BRK CTY HQ.

This time, Steve wanted to do things a little differently. No dining room or complicated operation - just him, his kitchen, and the food he wants to make. Pizza, calzones, stromboli, wings, and a few other things he's picked up along the way.

Steve is originally from Long Island, but Tampa has been home for more than 30 years. Over that time, he's cooked for a lot of people, made a lot of friends, and built a community around food. HQ gives him a way to keep doing what he loves - cooking good food, feeding people, and doing it on his own terms.

It's a one-man show, and that's exactly how he wants it!
